Finished up a 30x24 acrylic pour. Vivid red & magenta with the splash of white for contrast. I used my blow dryer on cold to create some ripples in the paint for added texture. Book 2 is coming along. This morning was research on top of research. I love Pinterest but donโt like how I fall down its rabbit hole so easily. Dragon work today! I have loved dragons since I was little. Iโm talking little, like 4. I think it started with books, and the dragon fire was lit with Peteโs Dragon, Dragon Slayer (which angered me..who would dare slay dragons? Maybe the villagers shouldnโt have squatted in their territory), and then I found Spirited Away ๐! My favorite forever. The Hobbit had a great dragon, although again he was a bad guy. When I started writing ๐๐๐๐๐๐, I had absolutely no intention on inputting in a love story. None. I wanted to steer away from romance and stick with a steady sci-fi thriller. By the first chapter, something happened, a click I never thought would come, and I knew that I owed it to the story to tell its truth. I let the story breath on its own, and it took ahold of me and hasnโt let go. I also never intended on making it a series. In a few days the first book comes out, and in it it says that itโs book one of a three part series. There will be more than three. Perhaps five. I have started writing book two ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, and have been pouring myself into research as it will be more extensive and most likely longer.
